Do You Have Early Symptom Menopause?

During this time, you could encounter symptoms of menopause such as irregular periods, mood swings and hot flashes. Any of these symptoms would be normal to have after you turn 40 but those that face it early than that are still likely to be okay.
If you have symptoms of menopause that your doctor does believe are too early, then you and your doctor should discuss an assessment to determine if there could be something else wrong that could be the real reason that you are have these symptoms. For some women, menopause is just going to happen earlier than it will for others. That doesn’t make it any easier to take. If you are experiencing any symptom that you can’t explain, contact your doctor so that you can inform him or her of your concern. Chances are good that he or she will want to talk with you about it in person and with a physical exam.
